Neil graduated from Pennsylvania State University, acquiring a B.S. degree in Accounting and also graduated from Nova Southeastern University, acquiring a MBA in Finance. During his career, he has served in a wide variety of accounting capacities – from Inventory Accountant to Director of Finance – in industries including technology, mid-sized government contractors, retail, construction and real estate.

Neil and his wife Nina live in Leesburg, Virginia with their three children. He decided to start his own consulting company so he can still do what he is passionate about and have the flexibility with his children. Especially his son who has severe life threatening food allergies. Neil enjoys being active and likes swimming, golfing, running, and working out. He is huge football fan and loves to play fantasy football.
